EXP AND MAGIC FIND IN PARTY

Hi,

I couldn't find approved information about this anywhere. When i'm in a party and I have X1 magic find and X2 gold find, and my let's say only ally has Y1 and Y2 magic and gold find, how much magic and gold find will I get when we work as a party? how much experience will I get if the levels are L1 and L2?

Please help.
